I just wanted you to know that I have really enjoyed your service in getting me, and my associates to and from the airport. You are always on time and have a cheerful word to share. Even some of your jokes are funny. This all contributes to a pleasant trip to or from the airport, and gets me to my plane on time. You are extremely knowledgeable about Arizona and particularly around Phoenix and Sedona. This of course makes the rides so much more interesting than just sitting in the back seat being carried along like the luggage. I have used other services that did not provide the personal service that you do. It does make a difference, and your fare is usually less than the others. Maybe you should raise your rates for everybody else.
You have even set me up with referrals in other cities, and they have always worked out very well. Rides in a strange city are a random draw without some insight and connection. You have always gotten the job done.
Your enthusiasm and background in sports lends to a lively conversation about the Suns or the Diamondbacks. Keep up the good job. I will continue to refer everyone that I know to you for their transportation needs.
